BUILD YOUR CUSTOM PC Don't see exactly what you're looking for? No problem. YourPCPlug can design and build a custom gaming or performance PC around your budget, games, workload, and preferences. Whether you know exactly what you want or need help choosing, we'll create the right system. Every custom build includes a free consultation so we can understand what you need before you commit to a build. HOW IT WORKS 01 — REQUEST A QUOTE Submit our Custom PC Quote Form with your budget, preferred specifications, games, programs, appearance preferences, and any other requirements. 02 — FREE CONSULTATION After reviewing your request, we'll contact you to schedule a free online or in-person consultation. We'll discuss your goals, recommend components, and make sure the system fits your needs and budget. 03 — FINAL QUOTE & APPROVAL Once your build is finalized, we'll provide a detailed quote showing your components, services, total price, and shipping. Nothing moves forward until you review and approve the final build and pricing. 04 — PAYMENT & BUILD After you approve your quote and payment is received, your custom PC enters production. We'll source the components, assemble your system, configure the software, and test everything. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the build after payment and once all required parts are available. 05 — TESTING & QUALITY CONTROL Before shipping, we'll test the hardware, software, temperatures, and overall performance. Any issues found will be addressed first. 06 — SECURE PACKAGING & SHIPPING Your PC will be securely packaged with protective materials designed to reduce the risk of damage during transit. 07 — TRACKING & DELIVERY Once your custom PC ships, we'll provide tracking information so you can follow your package through delivery. Standard shipping typically takes approximately 3–5 business days after the PC has shipped, depending on your location and carrier. SHIPPING INFORMATION Build time and shipping time are separate. The 5–10 business day build period begins after payment and parts availability. The 3–5 business day shipping estimate begins after your completed PC is handed to the carrier. Carrier delays, severe weather, or other circumstances outside of YourPCPlug's control may affect delivery times. Tracking will be provided as soon as your order ships. READY TO BUILD YOUR PC?
